EXCHANGE POLICY

-Orders take 3-5 days to be delivered.
- You have a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange by email only please, NO Instagram DMs please for exchange.
- Check your items please very well once you receive it, as we are not responsible for any complain after the due timing of the exchange.


- Exchange is accepted only under the following  conditions:
  • items unworn, in the same package, paper tags attached, photos should be sent to our email to approve the exchange process.




RULES:
1- Items must be unworn/unused and with their original packaging & brand tags.
2- Exchange shipping charges are on the full responsibility of the customer, these charges are decided by the shipment company.
3-To request an exchange, contact us at support@shopsty.co
4- We do not offer refunds
5-due to hygiene purposes as all out items are essential tops which means it adheres to the body as a second skin which make it eligible to be treated as unacceptable to be refunded for customers health purposeand high standards of hygiene.
6-We don’t allow packages opening at the door step like most of the proper high end brands who don’t allow as well,  as we value and take care of our items , opening it away from our eyes allows a lot of damage and mishandling to the items which are handcrafted and designed with love and care , the mishandling happened after the client open it and return it to open to the shipment guy, the guy doesn’t have enough tools to pack it and seal it again until it reach us back to the warehouse.
